Basic Check printing problem

Posted on by 100

I have very little knowledge about Dynamics GP 10.0 any help on this would be excellent. What is happening when we go to print a batch of checks or manual checks we are using the report Check with two stubs on top in the selection drop down it says stub/stub/check. This used to work fine and only print out the one check. Now however it is printing a second page along with the first that is just a stub/check. I am trying to figure out a way to get rid of this extra check. In the alternate/modified forms and reports area, under purchasing there are no other checks to select. Check with two stubs on top is the only one. Can someone help me figure this one out please? Why would this second check be printing now?

    The problem ended up being in my formatting on the report itself. Thank you for your responses and taking the time to work on this with me.javascript:void(0);

    Those are all GP apps.  It looks like you have no 3rd parties in your system, so Leslie's advice would be the next logical step.

    Check security an see if the check report has been modified. You can check if the report has been modified using tools>customize>customization maintenance and see if it is on the list.

    Check under Microsoft Dynamics GP>>Tool>>Customize>>Customization Status.  Any 3rd party apps will be listed there, along with the standard GP modules.

    As far as I know it is all Standard GP checks. Its all within Dynamics does not open another program. How would I check this?

    Thanks for the help.

    Are you using the Standard GP checks or a third party application like Mekorma to print checks?
