Dynamics 365 User can access 3 Sandbox Instances, but unable to access Prod, "not a member of the Org"

Good day

Please assist, I have 1 tenant with 4 Instances, one of which is Prod. A number of users can access the Sandbox Environments, however on logging into Prod, they are advised they are not a member of the Org, and thus cannot access Prod... any idea's why?

Can you check if those users are created inside the production instance? Do they have rights?
