I was trying to understand if there was a way to write an On  Demand Workflow To Clear select field values in Dynamics CRM form. I would really appreciate if someone can let me know of a way(if any) that may achieve this functionality.  By the way, this is for 2013 OnPremise environment.

Regards,

Cathy.

    Hi Cathy

Of course, you can use the command to upate the record.

Go to Set Properties and choose "Clear" as Operator on the right side:

    Raffi,

Thank you for your reply. I have used the "Clear" operator to set one field value in a Workflow. My question was: "Can I do this(clear field values) for multiple fields through the same(one) workflow?"  Or one workflow can only be used to clear one field? Please let me know.

    Regards.

    Cathy.

    Hi Cathy

When you create your workflow select the following as many times as you like for that entity

    Hi Mark,

Previously I was able to do this for one field(Set to clear), but later I was able to do this for multiple fields(Set to Clear) in the same workflow!

You can clear "as many  fields as you want" in one workflow. Just set the desired fields to clear:

    Raffi,

Yes you are right, I did try this yesterday, clear multiple fields using the same process and it did work! Thank you for the confirmation as well!

    Regards,

    Cathy.
