Costing sheet error - Factor for indirect cost code " " does not exist

I am getting the following error Costing sheet error - Factor for indirect cost code " " does not exist when running a BOM calculation using the Item price form, I am using FIFO as a costing method.

I am trying to apply a indirect output based cost to co-products we are producing. I have tried to run the calculation on the planning item and co-product.

Where do you apply a factor to a indirect cost code? Here are screenshots of the error and the costing sheet. Thank you!

Hi Rahul, thanks for replying.

So I am trying to add an indirect cost of with node type output based, per co-product we are producing. This implies the cost group type involved is Indirect. Where would you assign this cost group? You cannot add it to an item or cost category?

Is there any other place we need to link the cost group?

Hi JD92,

You should put the co-products in a specific cost group and add that to the costing sheet (see example provided by Rahul) and then apply the indirect cost on that group.
