No Trigger for Application Routing

Hi Community,
 
I was trying to do some testing with the Application Routing Rule in D365 - Recruitment Module as shown in the below diagram.
Unfortunately, no routing rules are being triggered and the workers are not being notified.
Please advise.

    The simple way to achieve this is to create an alert by going to option.
    Another option is to create a power automate when a record is created in HRMApplicantRouting.
