Organizational structures/assignments in Smartlist

Posted on by 245

Has anyone set up organizational structures/assignments in GP and understand how to get them to show in the transactions smartlist?

We are testing the use of the organizational structure in GP and would like the entity assignments to appear in a Smartlist.  There doesn't appear to be any related columns that would reflect the entities in a standard transaction smartlist. We are attempting to use Smartlist Builder to join the ORG1000 table to the transactions, but we are unclear how to do this, as the table is limited.  I've assigned ranges of departments in our test system to a "region" so we have data to work with.

Please let me know if anyone has done this before or if it's even possible. . .thanks!
