Hi,

In D365 Business edition, there's a Base unit of Measure for each item.

Can I define multiple unit of measure for items?

Most of my items can be sold in PIECES or CASE or even PALLET.

What should I do?

Ella

You can define multiple UoMs for Items.

Read here about selling items (unit of measure is described multiple times, but it basically comes down to defining the units, define a pricing structure and then selling it in the proper units).

Please note that Warehouse functionality for picks, put-aways, break-bulks etc. is not yet released. Will come soon.
