Emails not responsive for Mobile View

Hi Community,

I'm having an issue where emails are not responsive for mobile. Please see the below screenshots for reference:

First screenshot shows what the email looks like inside dynamics with mobile view.

Second screenshot shows what the email appears as in outlook:

I have followed the instructions from this thread that adds a media query for columnContainer and containerWrapper:

   

However, when adding this, then the email shows as below:

Any help would be hugely appreciated.

    Have no idea to deal with this. You would better raise a ticket.

    Was this email created in D365 Marketing using the WYSIWYG email editor?

    If so, please create a support ticket (and include the HTML of your email) and we will investigate it with a priority.
