Prevent Auto-Population of Billing Account on Agreement Form

Hi Guys,

Below is the Agreement form and it form properties screeshot. When we fill Service Account, Billing account is been auto filled by OOB Javascript function listed in the form properties window. Is there a way to prevent that? I am not sure to edit OOB Javascripts. Any ideas are very much appreciated.

Hi,

I don't think you can prevent it (other than by disabling/removing the event handler). If you don't want to mess with the out-of-the-box handler, you might try adding one more (custom) javascript event handler to the onload and clear the field in that handler

I tried adding one more javascript to clear that field. But it didnt work

Try it with business rule. Not sure if it will work but worth trying.
