Dynamics gp Arabic text to word template

hi there

i am facing problem when printing word template report which is in arabic text

arabic text shows junk characters when printed on word template report

where as same report in report builder shows perfectly without any problem 

please help

    Have you changed your Microsoft Word language settings? Do you have right to left text direction enabled in Word?

    That's good! So, I believe your problem then is you are not saving the template with the correct text encoding.

    1. Open the template

    2. Click the File tab

    3. Click Save As and choose a path to save the document

    4. In the Save As window, click the Tools drop-down (next to the Save button)

    5. Select the Save Options option

    6. In the Word Options window, click Language in the navigation bar

    7. Change the Display language to Arabic

    8. Optional: if you plan on editing the template after it is generated by GP, then also change the Edit Language to Arabic

    9. Save your template

    10. Reimport the template into Microsoft Dynamics GP

    i tried but still not working

    check the pic below

    i want description of an item in arabic text

    in dynamics gp it is typed in arabic

    text tittle which i have entered in arabic in template is working perfectly only fetching through the gp is not working

    Hi,

    I think that it will not work. I had the same problem within 'Write Letters' in GP for Customers, Vendors,..

    If you use GP Report Writer, then it works.

    SSRS also will work.

    it works perfectly in report writer only when i use word template report 

    it displays junk characters

    is this a gp issue or i have to update service pack ?

    currently i am on Dynamics gp 2015    14.00.0804(R2)
