Assembly order warehouse movement error

I am creating a sales order which has an item that must be assembled, although it has created a assembly order that required the inventory movement to be registered before posting.
Does anyone know what the cause of this is and when I would need to register inventory movement

I tested it with another sales order with the same item and location and it posted with no issue.

Hi Jae,

It looks like already warehouse activity line exist because of that assembly order not able to consume quantity. So it's like deadlock occur where quantity has been reserved somewhere in Warehouse activity line.
