Skype for Business and CRM on premise integration - prefixing numbers in CRM

Hello there!

I am going to make an integration between SfB and CRM to use the Click to call functionality.

However, many of the calls will be to locations all around the world.

My question is; do I need to create some custom code to ensure correct prefixing in CRM or is there a pre-made solution/smarter way to approach it?
