Editing Metrics on Pipeline View to be system-wide

Hello, 

Documentation confirms we can personalize metrics on the Pipeline View: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/sales/personalize-pipeline-view#what-can-you-personalize

However, are these personalizations custom to each individual user? Is there a way to implement the same customizations system-wide, instead of each user having to create the same custom metric? I couldn't find any literature on this.
