Web forms to Leads integration Dynamics CRM 2011

Hello all,

I am trying to implement some web forms on my website that will send information in the lead entities in CRM Dynamics.

I've been told that for this I need to have something implemented at "lead recording" level.

Anyone can help me with what I need to do in CRM Dynamics for this to be possible? Do I need a dev to help me in writing some code? Is it just an admin thing that I have to activate some options in CRM Dynamics to have acces from the web forms to the Lead entity in Dynmics?

Can anyone help me with a clarification please?

    It seams that I will contact a developer to create a web service.

    Besides this link: msdn.microsoft.com/.../gg309557.aspx , Can you give me other references where I can find details on how to build a web service for CRM Dynamics?
