I installed and configured the AX2012 R3 Connector to connect to Microsoft CRM and ran the initial sync for several of the default maps. Now I am attempting to add a custom entity to the integration. I created the document service inside of AX, but am now unable to view the list of document services in AX and my Active maps will no longer sync. The maps throw the error: The communication object, System.ServiceModel.Channels.ServiceChannel, cannot be used for communication because it is in the Faulted state. When I attempt to run the AX2012 configuration utility for the connector, when I click Refresh services I receive "Unable to connect to Microsoft Dynamics AX".
To attempt to resolve the issue, I have compiled the AOT without error, updated full CIL without error, used the Refresh Configuration button on the AX Client Configuration and restart the AOS.
Can any one help me figure out what is wrong?
