Template will none change base on assigned Customer/Class for the A/R Credit Memo

We want to have a different template for a/r credit memos based on the customer. We have 2 templates and have them assigned to the different set of customers.

The system will not switch between the associated templates.

I have this working in my test environment but will not work in the live environment.

Suggestions?

Did you find a solution to the issue where GP wouldn't use the template assigned to the customer?

Hello CReed,

What 'template' are you referring to? Can you give an example? Are you talking about a window, or an email for customers, etc? There is not enough information provided in this case to be able to advise.
