Which Enterprise Dynamics 365 Customer Voice License

Hello,
 
I was told that the survey functionality for our Dynamics 365 Customer Voice USL licenses do not allow you to create surveys anymore. I was told that we must have an Enterprise license to do this now. We are a non-profit organization, and I was wondering if anyone can tell me what lincense we should pruchase for this?
