Qualify Lead

Hi all, 
 
any ideas how can i either set default values for Account and Contact to no, when a lead is qualified, or completely disable the popup screen, as we do not create anything when a lead is qualified.

    you can simply use Business Rule to set the Same.
     
    Note:
     
    If you are using Business Rule make sure the fields are available in the form.

    Hi Partner,
    1. set default values for Account and Contact to no in the popup screen
    Unfortunately, we can't set it.
    2. completely disable the popup screen
    In App settings, you can disable the popup screen through setting 'Create Account, Contact, and Opportunity records by default upon qualifying a lead' option to Yes, But it will create account, contact and opportunity automatically.
    3.You mentioned that you do not create anything when a lead is qualified.
    If so, you can use the following ways to customize it because that OOB settings can't achieve you goal.
    1)'QualifyLead' action in the workflow:
    2)using plugins
    3)using web api
    4.Maybe you can change lead status to 'qualified' directly not using 'Qualify' button.
