We are cleaning the system to prepare for an upgrade and one of the first things we need to do is clean the old users from the system. I have gone into the user maintenance to delete any disabled users but I have found that there are some users who although they are disabled are actually able to access AX. I didn't think this was possible? I then deleted some I know have left the company but the delete function on the top ribbon had no effect and the user is still there when I do a Named User count report.
Can you please let me know how to delete inactive users?
