HMRC Authorisation isn't completing on setting up MTD

Hi, 

Trying to get MTD setup for one of our customers and the Authorisation just doesn't seem to be finishing. 

We get as far as entering the gov.uk details and then it just seem to hang. 

They've checked that the details are correct by logging on to gov.uk and they have signed up for MTD. 

Looking at the HTTP Log all says that it is successful. Something on the last stretch seems to not complete and therefore we can't progress with MTD

Any ideas ?
