identify unread emails?

Hello - Is there a way to identify unread emails in CRM through an Avanced Find query? I'd like to display this report on the dashboard to help ensure that contact correspondence does not get neglected?

Unfortunately, CRM doesn't have a read/unread flag on incoming email messages.

Hi Andrew,

You could implement such feature, an example would be using a hidden field, and javascript code to update the field to 1 or 0 (or anything else) when you open the email

@Nuno - if the users are using CRM for Outlook integration then the users wouldn't be opening emails directly in CRM, or at least not very often. So how would you handle that scenario?

that would not work I was referring to CRM emails not Outlook emails, fair enough they can be tracked automatically in that case there would still be a workaround for that scenario if you can afford disabling smart matching and force users to track emails manually in CRM than that would mean they have at least acknowledge the email?
