System Message 5012

I have upgraded from SL 7 to SL 2018.  We use the work order module, and when I enter the work order entry screen, and press F3 on the Work Order ID field, my list comes up fine.  But, when I enter the screen called Project Maintenance, and press F3 on the Project field, I get an error.  The box that comes up is titled System Message 5012 (no supporting system information (PVREC) found for the possible values of this field.

So something is missing in my upgrade procedure.  Can anyone make a suggestion?

    Good morning Tom,

    You might have to reimport the PVrec.csv file into Dynamics SL using Possible Values Import screen. Below are the steps to import the PV Lookup file.

    • Go to Administration module 
    • Open Possible Values Import screen under utility section
    • Click the Enter File Name 
    • this will lead you to Application Root Folder 
    • Go to the \SL\Applications\DB\csvs\pvrec.csv
    • select the pvrec.csv
    • click begin process button and this will import all PVs into Dynamics SL

    This will solve your problem in project maintenance.
