Please tell us more about your situation. Is this a new installation? Or did it work before (with the same language) and the problem occurred only recently? If so, what has changed?

This problem occurs only recently with only 2 users not all. But for the time being i deleted these 2 users and imported them again now it's working let's see what happens in the future. but it working.
