We are not paid BREP for few years. This will cause a problem in accessing the customer portal?
Hi Jackson, what all the information you are looking to access from customer source/customer portal. These days most of information from customer portal is deprecated. The alternative option is to access through Microsoft Dynamics 365 documentation @ docs.microsoft.com/.../

Are you running AX 2012? What customer portal are you referring to? Is it the one running on the AX enterprise portal? If so, it will continue to run. You are only not eligible for getting the latest updates.

I need to get the customer passcode for accessing customer layer to do customizations.
Your partner should see them in Partner Source.
Oh.. partner can see and get the the customer source password you mean?
