If you are having access to Azure Portal, You can trace the error log using two way:
Diagnose and Solve Problems - Go to webapp in Azure > Open your webapp > Click on Diagnose and Solve Problems > Application Events or Failed Request Trace Logs. Application Insights or Telemetry: Enable Application Insight for your Portal webapp in order to get all the updates(issue tracing/performance tracing etc) related to your portal instance. Please check https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/application-insights/app-insights-sample-mscrm for detailed information,
