Hi there. In my Dynamics 365 CRM system, rich text is enabled on the notes which is great. However, when I go to pull a report on the notes, I am presented with a report including the notes, but that also contains all of the HTML text so it is extremely hard to read the actual notes in the report. This problem did not occur until we enabled rich text on our notes, but I would like to keep the rich text functionality. Is there a way to change settings so that when I pull reports on the notes, we are not also seeing all of the HTML text within the report? Ideally, this solution would be something that we can do once, and not every time we want to pull a report on the notes.

One possible option is to download the report and modify it to remove the html contents. Please refer this post it should help you
