I have few examples where one Inventory line has been entered in the Inventory Transfer Document but when posted there are two line items found in the document. which doubles the stock.
Any solution ??

I think your problem is right there - 'when a posting is interrupted'. Interruptions as you know cause erratic problems, so no one fix will be a solution. Why are they being inetrrupted? If you can stop this, you can stop the data corruption.
Also I wouldn't be too sure that the development isn't interfering. You should put a trace on the process and wait for a failure. There could be triggers running in the development that cause standard GP triggers to fail or something. In my experience, if a GP process gets erratic and there is a development in there somewhere...99% of the time the dev is the cause. GP is stable after all...especially something like Inventory transfers.
You could also set up a test company, remove the dev from it, and process 100 transfers and see what happens - if the issue surfaces, then the cause is something ese other than the dev.

yes , customization is involved in inventory transfer but that certainly has nothing to do with the posting. As per my observation it normally happens when a posting of an inventory document is interrupted and that has to be posted again causing duplication of lines in posted transactions .
Any solution for correction other than manual adjustment in stock??
Hi, strange behviour. Are there any developments running - anything in your dynamics.set file that could be interfering with Inventory.
What version of GP? Do the transactions have anythig in common - user, date, inventory item, site etc.
Is it possible its just user error?
