Access records from child Business unit to parent Business unit

Hi team,

we have 4 BU's

1. Business Unit A (parent BU)

2. Business Unit B

3.Business Unit C

4. Business Unit D.

How Can access the records from BU' D to Business Unit A.

and also BU C and B users cannot access the records from BU D.

if Possible ?

hi,

you cannot access records from different business unit.

only default business unit can access the child bu records.

Hi Sars, you need to amend the security roles to allow the privilege a scope greater than business unit, so users in business Unit D will need Global access on the entity in Root BU. Alternatively you can create another team in the other BU, and give users from another BU access to it, (remember you will need to assign a security role to the new team you create.

hi sars,

BU-D need to access BU-A Records means Create "Team" for D and A business unit users , give team business unit as which business unit records u want access like(BU-A)

or u can use Access Team concept
