We have been running a CRM 4 installation for some 10 years. After a problem with hacking we have had to wipe the server and install again. We have a problem now that the CRM registration wizard won't run and gives an error:
The wizard requires an Internet connection to complete registration.
We actually do have a connection. The alternative is to sign up online but the link provided does not find the page.

You might need to install the pre-requisites on demand.
