I am unable to find Microsoft.Dynamics.GP.Web.Silverlight.xap file in client bin folder of gp web client server. Did i miss any thing in installing webclient?

I didnt find this file in clientbin folder in webclient, does anybody know if i miss any component in installation.
How can i get this file?
Seems its only for GP 2015 and earlier versions. Since Silverlight is being retired I guess not included with 2016 and above.
Thank you very much for your reply. How can we perform custom rendering in GP2018 webclient then? does it supports all controls in this version? or there is any other way to implement it. I have read in their documentation to get this file from client bin for custom rendering as they dont support all controls in dynamic rendering.
