Customer voice - customize sender`s e-mail

Based on information included in the article: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/customer-voice/customize-sender-email, it is possible to customize sender`s e-mail in the Customer voice app.
Our customer does not have Exchange online -> is there any chance to change the e-mail in this case? Your help will be really appreciated!

    According to this official document.
     
    If you want to configure mailboxes, it is necessary to have Exchange Online.
