Can anyone tell me how to access the sure step resources for CRM2015? I keep getting a message I need to logon through customer source to access it. Funny thing is I am already logged on?

    The last/latest version of SureStep is 2012. As you know, it is a methodology. To my knowledge, SureStep doesn't have updated docs for CRM 2015. If your CustomerSource account is related to Dynamics then you should be able to download or use it online.
