How to manage consent and send e-mails with dynamics 365 sales

Hello community,

Is it possible to handle and manage consent with dynamics sales? We would like to send out e-mails and create lists. But we have to comply with GDPR. Is it possible to do this within dynamics sales and if so, how should we do this? Or is it necessary to purchase dynamics marketing?

Hi,

In the Contacts, Accounts or Leads, navigate to the Detail page.In the Contact Preferences section, you can manage the contact methods according to the customer's privacy requirements.
For example, if you want to allow sending emails, if you want to allow following emails, and so on.

To add the unsubscribe feature to the email, it is recommended to use the Markting Email.
