Hi,
Just want ot ask if possible to send email to customer after purchasing at the POS with attachment like feedback form.
I'm just new D365 FO and don't have any knowledge in this kind of set-up.

The scenario I'm looking for is that when the customer receive the receipt by email, he/she got an option to send a feedback from that email either we attached a form or template automatically perhaps an emoji to rate the service from the store.
