We have a bridging transaction that is in bridging G/L account, but is not in the list of available bridging transactions to be selected. We have checked all open journals to be sure it wasn't applied in the wrong journal, and it is not. It hasn't been posted in a wrong journal, otherwise the amount would no longer be in the bridging account. Any suggestions why it can not be found in the list of bridging transactions?

That is weird. I would advise creating a case to investigate why this is happeneing.

What is the source if this bridging transaction? Did it come from a payment journal or was it another posting?
