I want to round down POS amount to 0.25 $. where i can setup this in

Ax 2012 R2?

Dear Karablieh,

There is a option of rounding the tender amount in AX Retail Store Setup. You can find the rounding in Payment methods. You can define the rounding amount there.

Thanks Neera.

I ready checked this one, but the problem in this option is; the system rounds the amount to 1 decimal.

Let say the amount is 58.825, the system will round it to 58.800.

The correct number should be 58.750.

Just give the round-off value and select the Rounding Method according to your requirement and then check.

I made double check and still same.

- Cash payment setup as follow:

- Item price & POS balance

-Cash payment

Hi,

It is doing the correct calculations as per the setup you have defined. If you have defined the rounding to 0.25 and that too rounding method as down then it is the correct calculation. How do you want the 58.750?? Can you please explain it in detail.

what i want same as sales order rounding, line amount is 58.825 and invoice amount is 58.750 as shown below.

Is this sales order amount and Invoice Amount is coming with the same configuration which you have defined above that is Rounding Method as Down and Round Off as 0.25 ???

No, it’s on Currencies (General Ledger --> Currency --> Currencies --> Rounding Rules).

Unfortunately we cannot use it for retail

In R3 for retail, the rounding in currencies comes from the window you was showing in the last post by using the prices section.
