Hi,

I am trying to create an automated flow for Purchase Order creation in Business Central when the Item inventory level become minimum quantity.
I have added a Triger and connection to get the item record from Business Central, See the below screen shot.

In the next step I have added a control and condition to check the Item Inventory, See the below screen shot.

My requirement is, when the inventory for the item 1908-S is less than 50, then a Purchase Order should be created automatically.
I have added /Create Record/ action as this condition satisfy. See the below screen shot.

I am getting the below error when this Flow Run.

Now the Vendor is not mapped in the Create Record step, Is that causes? Or it is api connection issue?

Should I add a step of Get Record for Vendor Table and to map the Vendor No in Create Record Action?

Thanks for sharing your thoughts.

Best Regards,
Ranjith

Get Multiple Table Record in Power Automate
    Hi YUN ZHU,

To map the values in Create Record (V3), unable to pick the fields from Dynamics Contents. So that my doubt, should I first create a step to Get Record with "Vendor" table? Since the Item table is already in the previous step using Get Record, so that I can map the Item, Quantity etc in the Create Record.  How to relate and map multiple tables in to different steps in a flow is the confusing one....

There is no impact if going for manual process. Trying to complete the automatic flow....

    Regards,

Hi, it seems that there is no value in Create record (V3) step.
You can create a manual process that only includes Create record (V3) step to see if you can create an order.

    Hope this helps.
    Thanks.
    ZHU
