upgrade a managed solution from one environment to another fails

We are trying to upgrade a managed solution from one environment to another but we are getting dependency issues which prevents the uninstall of the previous version of the managed solution. It is quite weird since there is no object name. There are quite a lot of these required components but they seem to be pointing to the name of a lookup field upon checking the attribute via the GUID. Is there anyone who has experienced this and able to resolve this issue?

Solution "Test Managed Solution" failed to import: Solution Upgrade action failed after import as holding. InnerException is: Solution dependencies exist, cannot uninstall. DependencyCount : 21 RequiredComponentObject details: Type: Attribute, ObjectName: , Id: 48e9c774-f7e5-4e98-8d0c-04e72e8ad082, ParentObjectName: Lead, ParentId: dc6574cb-92ce-446c-a5d6-885a75107d52, DependentComponentObject details: Type: AttributeMap, ObjectName: , Id: 2a1e96a0-00ee-ec11-bb3d-000d3a5b4b5a, ParentObjectName: , ParentId: 00000000-0000-0000-0000-000000000000

Example: dc6574cb-92ce-446c-a5d6-885a75107d52 => these are pointing to the Lookupfield names and not available in the source env before.

The other required component that we have is an entityRelationship but upon checking the solution from source, it is already added along with its lookup field in the solution but still getting the dependency issue

RequiredComponentObject details: Type: EntityRelationship, ObjectName: test_test_destination_lead_Destinationid, Id: a1cc97e9-ffed-ec11-bb3d-000d3a5b4b5a, ParentObjectName: Destination, ParentId: 00000000-0000-0000-0000-000000000000, DependentComponentObject details: Type: SystemForm, ObjectName: App for Outlook Lead Card, Id: d228d73e-e56e-48b3-ab95-0a06b1397b03, ParentObjectName: Lead, ParentId: 00000000-0000-0000-0000-000000000000
