Auto charges doesn't Reflect on E-commerce Site

Hello Every one,

I added the charges in charges code and select in the level (Header) then added a fixed value .
this value appears in the site (E-commerce Site) but it didn't reflect on the Shipping amount

    Hi Ahmed,

    Is this Auto charges form customized on your side? It looks differently as in standard:

    The description of charges looks also differently in your Auto charges and on the store:

    'Saudi Central District' is a name in Auto charges and 'Saudi Central Area' is a description in online store.

    Are you sure this is the same delivery mode?

    I know in standard Auto charges work fine, so you need to verify if your delivery mode is really the one is used in online store and charges are assigned to the same delivery mode.

    If you will not get any solution there, please create a service request.

    Hi Ramune,

    Thanks for your replay , the problem is solved now , the problem is i should Enable (the Prorate Header Charges to Sales lines and ran a full sync ) and it works
