Hi all,
We are currently in the midst of changing our employee discount and want to give our associate the best deal possible but are running into a few issues doing so. Our pricing structure is a bit confusing from time to time but we currently have items at a % off MSRP, then an additional % off the discounted price, requiring discounts to stack. In addition to that, we have price points that are often better than 70% off.
Our employee discount is slated to be a straight 70% off MSRP, but in the case where some of our price pointed items are better than the 70% off MSRP, we would want our associates to receive the Price Pointed item at a better price. Because our discount structure is so complex, we cannot allow the price points to be an exclusive discount as well due to the stacking of additional coupons/loyalty offers. Here is what we are currently seeing with our set ups. I have also attached the discount set ups and the concurrency methods attached with them.
