AX 2012 Batch server not processing

Hi All.

My UAT AX2012 batch server is not processing. It is an environment restored from a Production AX 2012 environment.

1. I have configured my UAT server correctly for batch processing and cleared out the production servers 

2. Selected  the active UAT server for processing in the batch groups

3. Ensured my batch jobs are only running using batch groups correctly configured.

4. Cleaned out my server sessions

5. Restarted the AOS a number of times

6. Performed a full CIL compilation.

7. Recreated all my batch jobs

Despite all the above my batch job still remain in a waiting status. Has anybody encountered this before?

    Note that you can debug BatchRun class to see what's going on there. It's very useful if you can't find any problem by reviewing your setup.

    Hi Martin.

    If I run that class it seems to be only running batch tasks set to run on "Client" not Server.

    Hi Jonathan,

    Have you checked that the Ax service account isn't locked on AD?

    Jonathan, I didn't mean that you should run the class by yourself. I meant debugging what's called by batch server. Follow steps explained in Debugging in Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012.

    You have checked if there are task in Executing?

    Also, how many threads are setup per AOS ?
