My company is switching from Quickooks to GP. Is there a way to upload all of our clients/ customers from QB to GP?

Export the QB data out to text files and then use the GP Integration Manager tool to import them. I would suggest you do this with the help of your reseller.
If you don't have the GP Integration Manager then you can use Macro tool available in GP, it is very powerful and easy to use tool.
If you just purchased GP you can use Integration Manager for free for 6 months. Again check with your partner.

We purchased SmartConnect to do this. We then visually set up the maps to convert a spreadsheet of debtors, transactions, etc into the Dynamics tables. SmartConnect will follow the Dynamics business rules to you won't end up with half the data missing.
