SSO Jumpcloud with Business Central

Posted on by 761

Does anyone know whether Business Central supports SAML SSO authentication (outside of Azure)? For additional reference, we are looking at implementing Jumpcloud SSO SAML.  Any insight would be great.

Thank you,

Tanya

RE: SSO Jumpcloud with Business Central

    Hello,

That is a good question. We get all sorts of these kind of request for third party authentication providers. CSS does not have license to run all of these ourselves. Best would be to ask in this scenario Jumpcloud if they do have experience with enabling SSO via BC / NAV. If they don't have experience with it, then BC / NAV CSS don't have experience either and you are on your own to figure out what setting should go where in our product.

Our PG does not run test setups with third party provider nor are they planning to do this. The demand from CSS to have them verify it on behalf of partner community is relatively low. If demand increases for a specific authentication provider increases to support it, they may want to verify it in future.

    Thanks.
