Hi all,
I have a look up field that pull up the sites we have on our system, the problem is it pull up ALL the sites in the system.
I want to the lookup to only show the Sites related to the Account in question.
Can someone please help me?

I would ideally like to use the drop down lookup, currently it looks up All sites but i want it to look up sites only linked to that account.

Here you can use a quick view form. You can create this type of form on the account entity. On this quick-view form you then insert the subgrid with all related sites. Afterwards you can then insert this quick view form on your target entity (I guess opportunity).

Assuming you have relationship between them, You need to set dependent lookup filtering for this, double click on your site lookup and their record filtering, you can refer:
