    Hi Hossam,

    Not sure if you resolved this issue yet. If you did, great! If not, this is definitely something we'd want to look at in a support case as we would likely need to review the SQL data to pinpoint the issue.

    Hello Hossam,

    Reconcile the Customer Balance; if not then checklink should resolve the issue.  Keep the good backup before.
