NAV RTC Crashed in the server

Hello,

We moved our NAV2013 from physical to virtual a few weeks ago. After the move, I noticed that when running RTC on the server it crashes randomly. So far I have had uninstall-reinstall the software as well as .NET 3.5 and MSChart from the Prerequisite Components folder with no luck.

Some of you will recommend me to start installing the accumulative updates, but prior to that, I would like to search for more options because I do have some projects going on with a third party developers and I can't implement those updates.

Also, I have been looking online with no luck.

Hi, It is recommended to install the standard NAV2013 environment on this virtual machine, and then see if there are any problems. If you have any problems, you can submit to Microsoft. NAV2013 R2 is still under support until next year.
If there is no problem, it may be caused by customization.
