Stop autofill of data in form

Hello, I have created a form with two fields in a grid, Role Id and Role Description. The problem I am facing is that suppose I have 2 rows, when I update or edit Role description for row 1 the rest of the rows gets updated with the same Role Description Value. How to stop it?

    Hi Ayush,

    You should check modifiedField() method in that table. Also you can look at the update() method. There may be an update code in these methods.

    Additionally, check the grid's datasource property and the fields' datasource and datafield property.

    Could you share more details about your form and your code.

    - Are fields Role Id and Description coming from the same table, or different tables?

    - Do you have some custom logic in methods such as modified, update, write...
