Is it ok to install Dynamic's CRM on premise without any service accounts and then apply the service accounts later on as well as setting the SPN's?

I've done it with a few installs. Just make sure you have all of the correct permissions setup on the service accounts.

The biggest issue i've run into when doing this is just missing a specific permission or group and then having to go back to the domain admin to have it added. If you have AD management permissions then it should be pretty painless.
