If you have access to Flow, you can use a flow similar to this one flow.microsoft.com/.../

    Hi dyn365,

There's one method I could recommend:

    1. Create one on-demand workflow like the following screenshot example which is based on Contact Entity(Dont't forget to activate it and publish).

    pastedimage1570589225293v1.png

    2. Create one contact(or other entity you want mail to) view that you want to bulk mail to.

    3. Open XrmtoolBox and download 'Bulk Workflow Execution' plugin: https://www.xrmtoolbox.com/plugins/AndyPopkin.BulkWorkflowExecution/

Choose above mentioned on-demand workflow and select the new entity view to bulk execute the workflow. Then you could get the goal to bulk forward mail mesaage to different people.

Detailed Operation Steps could be referred to: https://community.dynamics.com/crm/b/crmpowerobjects/posts/how-to-bulk-update-crm-records-using-the-bulk-workflow-execution-tool

    Hope above would help.

    Regards

    Johnny

    hello,

Honestly the way I would do it the cleanest is this:

Apply a label to them called "stuff to move" or whatever.

Fire up a copy of outlook (its corporate you have to have a legit one somewhere) and set up the account as imap.

Remove the account settings so it won't sync and then delete all the other folders/emails except "stuff to move". (Remember outlook treats labels as folders and vice versa).

Use Google apps sync to upload this pst to your desired account.

    regards

Hi, There are platforms that allow bulk forwarding of emails.

    One of them is ProMailChimp.

It allows you to sync your Dynamics365 client emails with itself.

It also allows you to create a group of recipients to target your bulk messages.

Then, you can bulk forward your messages to a group of email-ids

Thanks every for your answers, but I am sorry that I couldn't able to pose the question correctly.

In Dynamics, when you send an email to someone, it creates an email activity in Email Message entity. Now if someone open that email activity, he has the option to forward that email to anyone, but if you select multiple emails, then the forward option is not available.

The issue is that we have sent lots of systems generated emails (which can't be reproduced now) to a wrong email id. Now we have to forward those emails to correct email id.

That's why I asked if there's an option to bulk forward email messages. I don't see any OOTB option. There's no forward action which can be called or even flow can't do this. Only option I can see is to traverse the Email message entity and create email message through code.

    Thanks, everyone for your help.

    regards
