How to create a records in address entity from the workflow that need to create on contact entity

Here is the approach what I am trying to do this:-

1.) As contact entity has address information like address 1( street, city, zip and county) and address 2( street, city, zip and county) and so on..

2.) Requirement is need to push these address 1 and address 2 information from contact entity to address entity (currently it is blank )

3.) I want to create a workflow(on-Demand) on contact entity have some contact type ='xxx'

4.) Then move to address information to address entity by add steps option but address entity is not showing there.

Please see the attached screen for more reference.

So, can anyone guide me on this to achieve it.

The reason you are not able to see address becuase it's a child record and we can't update the child the record from parent record. You need to create a custom workflow to achieve this.
